Performance Coaching and Training is about creating the results you want through personal growth and maximisation of performance.
I have worked in the academic world as a Psychology lecturer for 4 years and in corporate sales and marketing for 9 years. I have been a coach for the past 6 years - in the workplace and on a one-to-one basis. I am also regular speaker at events and on the radio.
I focus on enabling people to be the best they can be, helping them maximise the results they get in their lives, working with MDs and Business Owners who want to improve thir performance and reduce their stress simultaneously.
Two areas I am passionately interested in are education and sport. A Masters in Sport Psychology degree and extensive coaching experience means I am ideally placed to help sportspeople to perform to their potential.
The key to high performance is the emotional state you are in at any given moment. This state will have a direct impact on your results and the level at which you are performing.
To change your life you must change the way you think, which in turn means changing the way you look at things in your life.
