Why does it take two days to train people to use a coaching model that takes less than 60 seconds?
This RC60TM model is a highly flexible coaching tool.
There are 8 steps within the model and certain steps within this process MUST be undertaken to guarantee success. There are, however, choices to be made as to which of the remaining steps would be most effective in any moment.
It is important that you can demonstrate each of these steps to a high standard to be confident in selecting the most effective of them intuitively when Results Coaching in 60 Seconds.
Whilst a one-day intensive programme introduces the concepts to delegates, the programme is even more effective when delegates get more opportunity to practice the skills in a safe environment before applying them in the workplace.
The ILM standards require that two days of face to face learning is completed before the coursework to attain their coaching qualification.
